Key Responsibilities- Oversee the performance of employees assigned to the production areas, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Lead Inventory Control efforts, ensuring accurate tracking and management of plasma and other supplies.
- Work closely with donors to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise during the collection process.
- Analyze opportunities for process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
- Perform tasks related to Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification required.
- Frequent bending and reaching, with ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
- Frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
