Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as recreational activities and outings, to promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Compassion and empathy towards residents and their families.
This is a full-time position, working a regular schedule with occasional overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
CompensationWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $19-$21, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
