The Franchise Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Funko's franchise business. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of franchise strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute franchise strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including licensors, partners, and internal teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement franchise initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on franchise-related matters
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform franchise strategies
  • Develop and maintain franchise-related tools, trackers, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
  • Partner with licensing and business development teams to identify and pursue new franchise opportunities
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in licensing, franchise, or business development
  • Strong knowledge of licensing and franchise best practices
