Countertop Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Countertop Sales Representative to join our team at Midwest Marble & Granite. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory
- Travel to appointments and meetings with customers to discuss their needs and negotiate successful deals
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets by creating and implementing an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales and drive revenue growth
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the stone and surface industry
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent in the face of challenges
