Harlan Parker - State Farm Agency is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with customers and identify their insurance needs.
- Market and sell State Farm insurance products and services to customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Insurance sales experience and Property & Casualty and Life licenses are preferred.
- Sales experience and a successful track record of meeting sales goals are also preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively relate to customers and work as part of a team.
- Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role.
