Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Manage the facilities budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Supervise a team of facilities staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for facilities operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that facilities needs are met.
  • Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce energy consumption.
  • Manage and maintain all facilities records and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
