Project Manager, Real Estate Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Real Estate Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing real estate consulting and development projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute real estate consulting and development projects, including coordinating with clients, project team members, and external vendors.
- Develop and analyze project real estate development space needs, budgets, financing scenarios, and occupancy cost projections.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate potential buildings and vacant land for projects.
- Coordinate all predevelopment work associated with projects, including due diligence, hiring architects and contractors, and securing construction estimates.
- Lead project team in preparation and delivery of written reports and analyses, including real estate project feasibility reports and facility assessment reports.
- Assess project status against plan and schedule, identify potential problems, and facilitate solutions to ensure project completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in urban planning, environmental studies, business, or real estate, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in economic or community development, real estate analysis or development, financial analysis, public policy, or government administration.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with an emphasis on real estate and planning.
- Direct project management experience, with demonstrated experience concurrently managing multiple complex projects.
- Experience in or willingness to learn and embed equity, diversity, and inclusion considerations into processes.
