Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Coordinator to enhance our front-of-house operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and guide them to their tables or waiting areas.
  • Provide menus and inform guests about current promotions.
  • Assign tables based on guest needs and server rotation.

  • Manage guest flow in dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times when necessary.
