Position Overview:

Rental associates play a crucial role in driving sales through exceptional guest service, assisting patrons with rental gear, and providing our visitors with the necessary equipment and services for an unparalleled outdoor adventure.

Position Details:
  • Outlet: Rental Center
  • Anticipated Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
  • Availability: Full Time and Part Time options
  • Experience Level: Entry
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding guest service at our retail locations
  • Assist guests in selecting the right equipment - training will be provided
  • Educate guests on the proper use of rental gear, safety protocols, and their responsibilities regarding the equipment during the rental period
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards
  • Additional tasks may include cashiering and retail sales
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of products and trends in the industry
  • Capacity to stand and engage in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Proficiency in English communication
A Rental Associate is a versatile team member who frequently works across various departments and roles to support the cohesive resort experience, which may include:

The anticipated pay range is $21.00. This reflects the compensation we expect for this role. Individual pay decisions are based on various factors.
