Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest coating technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial coatings application
  • Knowledge of coating materials, including epoxy, enamel, and polyurethane
  • Experience with surface preparation and cleaning techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
