About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates using various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms in conjunction with Senior Management
- Maintain the ATS database and conduct new employee pre-onboarding
- Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations and applicants requests
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or at least 2 years of active recruiting experience
- Passion for helping people and experience working with individuals who have disabilities
- Outgoing and innovative individual who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
