Position Summary:

We are in search of a driven and skilled Sales Consultant with a strong background in insurance sales. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in attracting new clients while ensuring top-notch customer service. Leads will be provided to facilitate your success.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and convenience for our team members. We prefer candidates who are located in areas that align with our operational regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including provided leads and personal networking.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and services, guiding them in selecting the most suitable policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives and contribute to the agency's overall success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance sales, particularly in property and casualty.
  • Possession of an active property and casualty license.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and software for lead management and reporting.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
