Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Explain and demonstrate product capabilities to customers, offering suggestions based on their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Retention: Meet or exceed targets for customer experience, sales, and retention.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the opening and closing of retail environments, including managing stock room inventory and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos, and support fellow sales agents as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through regular training classes.
What We Offer

As a Part Time Sales Associate at Cox Communications, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a variable targeted total compensation of $33,056 ($22.08/hr). This reflects a part-time (29 hours/week) hourly base rate of at least $17.00 and a targeted commission of $639 a month. Employees also receive a ramp period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
