This position will be responsible for coordinating critical, multi-sectional projects involving customers, vendors, and consultants, ensuring timely and accurate completion of program documents, and maintaining program timing, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Corporate Product Line Team Leader and Operations Functional Staff to develop and implement a Program Plan using the Operations Program Management (OPM) Playbook
* Coordinate with Outside North America (ONA) facilities for the execution of program deliverables
* Maintain program timing, cost, and quality by working up, down, and across the organization in a collaborative, professional, and catalytic manner
* Organize, schedule, and conduct internal launch and gate reviews highlighting deliverables that would have a negative effect on the cost, quality, and delivery of the program

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Finance
* 5+ years of experience in a related position
* 10-15 years of experience in a related position preferred
* Competencies: Personal and professional integrity, active listening, organized, concise written and verbal communications, collaborative, self-starter, critical thinking, problem-solving
