Bayforce is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality technical documentation for our financial models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with model developers to produce and maintain accurate and clear technical documentation.
- Research and interpret complex technical information to create documentation that meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct training sessions on documentation standards for model developers and business teams.
- Review and update existing documentation to ensure clarity, conciseness, and user-friendliness.
- Ensure proper archiving of older model documents and adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, operations, or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, theories, and practices within the commercial banking industry.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of the model development process and statistics/quantitative disciplines.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
