About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Associate to play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategy from the ground up. This critical role will work closely with providers, clinical leads, cross-functional teams, and our technology platform to drive operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our practice, focusing on optimizing workflows, provider onboarding, scheduling, and service recovery while enhancing the experience for both providers and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, proactively resolving scheduling and utilization challenges.
  • Lead onboarding efforts for new providers, ensuring a seamless integration into Resolute Psychiatry's platform and ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize the patient and provider experience.
  • Act as a point of escalation for clinical operations-related issues, providing guidance and proactive solutions to support provider and patient satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies through data-driven insights.
  • Drive service recovery efforts, addressing patient concerns promptly and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions that support Resolute Psychiatry's growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a background in consulting, investment banking, tech, or a similar field.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continuously improve operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a rapidly growing organization.
