Job Summary

The Clinical Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned healthcare professional to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and contribute to our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, employees, and other stakeholders to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance evaluation procedures to ensure the financial and operational success of the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and accreditation guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems, including patient management software.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
