This individual will become a vital member of our Financial Operations team, overseeing all facets of the Trax Accounts Receivable function that supports a substantial global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing team responsible for daily accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and precise invoicing to our esteemed clients, along with the collection and application of their payments within our financial systems.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on operational performance through regular weekly and monthly updates, utilizing Key Performance Indicators for measurement.
  • Identify potential risks within processes and design, implement, and uphold effective operational and financial controls to guarantee a high level of accuracy and completeness.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Company's industry, practices, clientele, and business operations to evaluate and drive relevant process enhancements, operational efficiencies, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support in prioritization and impact assessments, effectively evaluating business implications and sizing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of General Ledger accounts related to Accounts Receivable and Revenue, investigating and addressing any trends as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with our commercial teams, working collaboratively to develop scalable and effective financial processes while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations or accounting, demonstrating progressive growth in responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively leading a global financial operations team.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Adept at developing teams and coaching talent, thriving in team development.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to a rapidly evolving business landscape while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • Skilled in extracting key insights from data to provide actionable recommendations, even with incomplete information.
  • Proficient in identifying and framing opportunities in a structured, fact-based manner that clearly outlines options, risks, and trade-offs.
  • A passion for achieving results and delivering exceptional service to customers.
