We are seeking an Executive Leader to join our team at WTW, where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology.

Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing business strategies, and driving growth through innovation and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the insurance operations space.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Represent WTW at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote the company's thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the insurance operations space.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing business strategies, and driving growth through innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
