Job Overview

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

MRINetwork Jobs is in search of a proficient Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to enhance our team. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory; a technical or higher education degree is advantageous
  • Expertise in maintenance and injection mold tooling is essential
  • Certification in OSHA 30 Hour and First Responder is required
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance role is necessary
  • Knowledge of injection molding, assembly equipment, tooling, PLC controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting is important
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing methodologies is preferred
  • Understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations is crucial
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities are essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality assurance, and environmental regulations
  • Design and uphold predictive and preventative maintenance strategies
  • Plan and oversee repair and installation operations
  • Maintain an updated list of vendors for spare parts and services
  • Collaborate with Engineering to identify necessary investments
  • Guarantee that new equipment designs comply with safety, functionality, spare parts, and maintenance program standards
  • Organize the maintenance shop, spare parts area, and compressor room according to 5S principles
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 standards
  • Coordinate with external vendors for insurance and permits
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Oversee utility vendors, expenses, and budgetary management
  • Work alongside the Safety Coordinator to ensure OSHA compliance
  • Develop and implement maintenance protocols
  • Delegate tasks and provide oversight to team members
