Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team in providing patient-centered care and promoting evidence-based practice.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least 1 year of charge nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
