We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a 0.9 FTE night shift position, working three 12-hour shifts per week.
About the RoleAs a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various units and departments within the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the float pool unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and hospital policies
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of safety and quality
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- At least one year of nursing experience
