Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and train staff to maintain superior quality and production
  • Provide funding leadership for key projects and initiatives, including new product development and training
  • Assess and improve existing and new documentation, onboarding, and funding processes
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service with internal staff, partners, and customers
  • Prepare and review documents, ensure all requirements are met, and conduct fraud checks prior to funding
  • Generate funding and audit worksheets for Accounting
Requirements:
  • 2 or 4-year degree preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience as a Funding Coordinator or similar role
  • Ability to lead from within the team and contribute to Channel's success outside of individual role & transactions
  • Must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be highly adaptable to change
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills and motivation for personal growth
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
