About the Role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development, prioritization, and management of programs and campaigns to support initiatives for the Customer Engagement & Activation team within the Urology business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of projects, developing and implementing plans and processes while fostering team ownership and commitment to plans.
  • Estimate project levels of effort and structure requirements using standard techniques and tools, collaborating with team members to understand scope and impact on the business.
  • Prepare plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools, collaborating with relevant team members to identify tasks necessary for project completion.
  • Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items, ensuring project quality using standard development methodologies.
  • Communicate project status and performance by preparing status reports and coordinating status update meetings.
  • Resolve project issues by collaborating with leadership, cross-functional partners, and other relevant parties, providing input to functional managers on team and team member performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar position.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and experience managing the full project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • Ability to work and spearhead change and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization and execution skills, including demonstrated ability to confidently own responsibility for project progress, completion, and evaluation.
