About the Location:

Situated in the vibrant heart of the Back Bay, our state-of-the-art 61-storey skyscraper, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, offers a modern and stylish urban experience. Guests can enjoy a unique blend of chic accommodations, including a stunning Wellness Floor and the acclaimed Japanese izakaya-inspired restaurant, Zuma.

As the third tallest building in Boston, our hotel features 215 spacious guest rooms and suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking city views. Additional amenities include a luxurious Wellness Floor, exquisite dining options such as One+One and Trifecta, and over 10,000 square feet of dedicated meeting and event space. One Dalton also houses 160 beautifully designed private residences with unobstructed views of the city and beyond.

The Opportunity:

We are excited to invite passionate hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage team as a full-time In-Room Dining Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional telephone service while accurately gathering information to process guest orders in line with Four Seasons standards, offering detailed descriptions of menu items.
  • Effectively communicate guest orders, including any special requests, to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system; ensure timely delivery of items to guest rooms.
  • Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, and respond promptly to any concerns or requests.
  • Coordinate the delivery of amenities, ensuring all requests are accurately processed and delivered promptly.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in food service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English is required.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
