About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sailpoint Consultant to join our team at Insight Global. As a Sailpoint Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Sailpoint solutions to ensure seamless identity and access management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Sailpoint solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Sailpoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Work closely with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the Sailpoint ecosystem
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Sailpoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with Sailpoint, including experience with building custom workflows, forms, and quicklinks
  • Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, and certifications
  • Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches, and evaluating CVEs
  • Experience with connector development and customization
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Java/Beanshell programming for Sailpoint development
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • SailPoint IdentityNow certification
  • Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices
  • Cloud experience
