Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT SailPoint Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a SailPoint expert, you will leverage your expertise in identity and access management to deliver high-quality solutions and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to IAM.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to reported problems and incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage in small-scale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Work with team members to conduct periodic performance assessments and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, maintaining a reliable and efficient IAM environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting SailPoint applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly integrate into new projects.
  • Hands-on experience with connector development and customization.
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Java and Beanshell programming for SailPoint development.
  • Experience in building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks, and other components using SailPoint.
  • Skilled in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports, and certifications.
  • Experience performing system upgrades, applying patches, and evaluating Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently and contributing effectively within a small team environment.
  • SailPoint IdentityNow certification is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices is a plus.
