Job Title: IT SailPoint Consultant - Identity and Access Management Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT SailPoint Consultant to join our team at Digital Prospectors. As a SailPoint Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in identity and access management to deliver high-quality solutions and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identity and Access Management: Serve as a primary contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to IAM.
• Problem Resolution: Provide timely and effective resolution to reported problems and incidents.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Development and Implementation: Engage in small-scale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• System Efficiency: Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting SailPoint applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly integrate into new projects.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with connector development and customization, solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices, proficiency in Java and Beanshell programming for SailPoint development.
• Certifications: SailPoint IdentityNow certification is highly preferred.
