Job Summary:
The successful candidate will serve as a key leader in our Transitional Studies Division, overseeing programs and services that cater to students transitioning from community college to four-year institutions or entering the workforce. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for student success.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement programs that support student transition and success
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students navigating their academic journey
• Foster partnerships with community agencies and organizations to enhance student services and resources
• Analyze data and assessment results to inform program development and improvement

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of leadership and program development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and database management software

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $92,000 - $123,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Seattle Colleges offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans, as well as paid sick and vacation leave.
