Job Opportunity: Sales Intern

Randa Corp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and sales planning functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team with day-to-day responsibilities, including pulling samples and reports for internal and customer meetings.
  • Shadow Sales team members to gain a deeper understanding of the sales process.
  • Manage sample inventory, including receiving and sending product samples.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising Department to ensure sales needs are met.
  • Assist with managing purchase orders and inventory levels.
  • Gain exposure to forecasting and projections for product categories.

Requirements:

  • Sales or Business major preferred.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Project:

As a Sales Intern, you will be assigned a group project and a mentor to guide you throughout the project. The project will be presented to senior leaders in the final week, and you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to develop a solution to improve business processes.
