Job Summary

At M&K Truck Centers, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Truck Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including sales volume and profitability targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the commercial truck industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
