Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Los Angeles Capital Management LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen.
- Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of reception experience, preferably in a financial services firm.
- Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
