The Plant Financial Manager is a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for providing financial analysis, insights, and control support to the Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Perform month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes to facilitate the creation of timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Partner with the Plant Manager to ensure accurate financial plans and forecasts that capture bold initiatives to transform the cost structure.
  • Financial Operations: Manage accounting policies and regulations at the plant, coordinate financial result analysis, and provide insights to identify business opportunities and avoid risks.
  • SOX Compliance: Maintain corporate SOX compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with Plant Department Leads to align on budget expectations, provide guidance to plant business partners on prioritizing spend requirements, and educate on financial perspectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience: Manager-level finance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
