Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Perform month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes to facilitate the creation of timely and accurate financial statements.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Partner with the Plant Manager to ensure accurate financial plans and forecasts that capture bold initiatives to transform the cost structure.
- Financial Operations: Manage accounting policies and regulations at the plant, coordinate financial result analysis, and provide insights to identify business opportunities and avoid risks.
- SOX Compliance: Maintain corporate SOX compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with Plant Department Leads to align on budget expectations, provide guidance to plant business partners on prioritizing spend requirements, and educate on financial perspectives.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
- Experience: Manager-level finance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
