2. **Technical Support**: Provide comprehensive support to faculty and students in the use of virtual reality tools and simulation technologies, facilitating a seamless learning environment.

3. **Instructional Assistance**: Demonstrate effective techniques and the proper use of tools during simulation exercises, offering guidance to students in skills labs.

4. **Simulation Preparation**: Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment, including manikins, media, and audio-visual systems, to create realistic learning scenarios.

5. **Best Practices Development**: Collaborate with faculty to develop and refine instructional best practices that enhance the simulation experience for both students and educators.

6. **Laboratory Coordination**: Assist in managing the scheduling of simulation and skills labs, ensuring optimal use of resources.

7. **Technical Training**: Provide training and technical support for various healthcare training devices, including medication dispensing systems and vital sign monitors.
