**Job Title:** Director of Transitional Programs and Housing

Institute for Comm Living is seeking an accomplished Director of Transitional Programs and Housing to oversee the development and implementation of our transitional housing programs. This critical role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management, staff supervision, and budget administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate program services, ensuring compliance with regulations, effective service delivery, and efficient use of resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to enhance transitional housing services, expand program capacity, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the Transitional Programs and Housing Department, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to advance Institute for Comm Living's mission and reputation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in behavioral health or social services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program management, budget administration, clinical supervision, and staff development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary:** $110,000 - $125,000 annualized (dependent on license/experience).
