Job Summary
Women In Need, Inc. is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our Transitional Housing Program team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a compassionate and skilled professional to provide clinical services to individuals and families in need.

About the Role
The Client Care Specialist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized service plans. They will also engage clients in short-term counseling, groups, and workshops, as well as refer them to other community resources for long-term support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who are experiencing mental health issues, substance abuse, or homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess client needs and develop individualized service plans
* Provide short-term counseling, groups, and workshops to promote personal growth and development
* Refer clients to community resources for long-term support
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in training and education activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge

Requirements
* Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
* Licensure as an LMSW/LMHC within 90 days of employment
* Experience working with vulnerable populations, including those experiencing mental health issues, substance abuse, or homelessness
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and group facilitation techniques
