Job Description

Housing Works is seeking a Clinic Administrative Director to provide administrative support to the Clinic Director and Director of Healthcare Operations. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including registration and scheduling, quality assurance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and coordinate coverage between clinics as needed.
  • Understand the needs of clients, effectively provide assistance as needed, demonstrate the ability to de-escalate clinic concerns and reports to the Clinic Director as needed.
  • Ensure all staff are trained in optimal customer service measures, de-escalation trainings, and represent agency values.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalence and 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area. They should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field and work under general supervision.
