About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to join our team at GLOVIS America, Inc. This role will be responsible for supporting the VPC General Manager and Department Managers in various continuous improvement projects at the Vehicle Processing Centers and Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe current processes, collect data, conduct data analysis, and recommend improvement ideas to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist General Managers, Department Managers, and VPC staff in daily business operations, providing direction and support regarding daily production goals and requirements.
  • Study and assist in finding solutions for achieving the VPC's KPIs.
  • Communicate with General Managers, GKR, HQs, and customers, serving as the point-of-contact for General Managers and customers.
  • Define and evaluate current processes, studying inefficient work processes and finding solutions to implement.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to GM, HQ, GKR, and customers.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using time studies applications is a plus.
  • Associates degree required, with 7-10 years of experience.
Working Conditions

This position works in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting, with exposure to loud noises, indoor and outdoor weather conditions, and chemicals/fumes.
