About the Role

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the VPC General Manager and Department Managers in various continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collect and analyze data to inform process improvements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Assist with daily business operations, including providing direction and support to staff
  • Communicate with General Manager, GKR, HQ's, and customers to ensure understanding of issues and required actions
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using time studies applications is a plus
Working Conditions

This position works in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting, with exposure to loud noises, indoor and outdoor weather conditions, and chemicals/fumes.
