Position Requirements:

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Affordable Housing property, Aspen River Park, which consists of 261 units.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Manager for properties with 150+ units
  • Extensive knowledge of apartment maintenance
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proven team-building skills
  • Thorough understanding of unit turnover processes
  • Familiarity with REAC preparation
  • Experience with Yardi software
