Client Engagement Specialist for Nonprofits

Location: Fully Remote; flexible hours
Compensation: This is a 1099, commission-only role with significant earning potential.

BridgePoint Associates, a national recruiting firm, is seeking Client Engagement Specialists to enhance its business development initiatives. We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join a dynamic team responsible for researching, identifying, and securing new clients within the nonprofit and higher education sectors. This position offers exceptional earning opportunities for those with a strong background in fundraising, business development, or sales. Experience in recruiting and/or the nonprofit industry is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential new clients
  • Present our services through a consultative approach via various communication methods
  • Secure contracts with new clients to support their recruitment needs
  • Lead initial discussions with clients to ascertain their job opening requirements
  • Provide exemplary customer service throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely responses
  • Communicate job requirements to the Talent Sourcing and Recruiting teams for effective recruitment
  • Post job openings in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Draft detailed job descriptions and candidate communications for marketing purposes
  • Keep the recruitment team updated on the status of open positions
  • Oversee the submission of qualified candidate resumes to clients
  • Maintain open communication with clients to gather feedback on candidates and understand the status of searches
  • Ensure candidates are regularly informed about their application status
  • Identify potential candidate pools for job openings
  • Facilitate an efficient and effective recruitment process
  • Communicate job offers to candidates as necessary
  • Assist with sourcing and interviewing candidates, along with other related tasks
Qualifications:
  • A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to excel in a goal-oriented, cooperative environment
  • Strong research and prospecting capabilities
  • Proficient in building robust client relationships
  • Must possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
  • Desire to work in a remote setting
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is preferred
