Position Overview

Kadlec is excited to present an opportunity for a new nursing professional to join our team as an Oncology Nursing Resident. We are pleased to offer a hiring bonus of up to $9,000 for qualified external candidates who fulfill all conditions for payment, in addition to an exceptional benefits and compensation package that begins on your first day.

Available Shifts:

  • 0.9 Full-Time, Variable Shift
  • 0.9 Full-Time, Night Shift

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

Compensation Details

The listed amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
