Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required upon hire.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
