Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities:


Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Managing patient check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting necessary documentation and processing payments.
  • Maintaining and updating patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
