Job Description

As the Mental Health Recovery Coach, you will work with individuals who have experienced psychiatric symptoms to help them discover their strengths and achieve life goals. You will provide activities, education, skill teaching, and opportunities on-site and in the community.

  • Assist individuals in developing personal responsibility and self-advocacy skills
  • Provide linkage to resources in the community to support individuals
  • Offer outreach services to individuals in crisis or in need of extra support

Salary: $20.88 - $21.98 per hour

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in mental health direct service
