Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Population Health team at Greater Lynn Senior Services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Population Health team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
