YOUR ROLE

In the capacity of Marketing & Communications Assistant, your creativity will be essential in the design, production, and finishing of various media including signs, stickers, and decals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Compose clear and effective communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and produce visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that reflect our brand identity.
  • Operate printing and finishing equipment including large format printers and laminators.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards, maintaining a unified brand image.
  • Assist the Marketing & Communications team with daily operations and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Understanding of printing processes and equipment; training will be provided.
  • Proficient in operating photocopy and related printing machinery.
  • Basic skills in record-keeping.
  • Strong technology skills, particularly in Adobe graphic design software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.

EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity; experience in a related field is advantageous.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is $21 - $25 per hour, based on experience, education, and skills.
