Deals Program Manager, Merch on Demand

Merch on Demand is a leading print on demand business for consumer products. We collaborate with content creators and strategic partners across various industries to drive growth. To support our expansion, we are seeking a talented and analytical Program Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to own deals and promotions for Merch on Demand. You will partner closely with brand partners and internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting initiative at Amazon in its early stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own making partner brands successful on Amazon
- Drive promotions and discoverability strategy
- Analyze performance results to drive improvements in the program
- Provide reporting and analysis
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting internal Merch teams (BD, SPM, Marketing, Content Operations) to grow the business
- Identification of opportunities and solutions for automation
- Representing data and communicating effectively to manage escalations
- Coordinating with stakeholders to develop and maintain scalable SOPs and comprehensive documentation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
