This role requires 5-7 years of successful territory or regional sales experience in a technical, consultative, solution-oriented capacity within the manufacturing or distributor-focused sales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Seco Tools and its metal cutting solutions to a diverse range of clients in industries such as automotive, power generation, oil & gas, mold & die, construction, and agriculture.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- End User Account Management & New Business Development (60%): Develop new end user customers and manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention and drive new business opportunities.
- Distributor Channel Partner Account Management & New Business Development (25%): Optimize sales with distribution channel partners through joint calls, end user leads, and technical product support.
- Administration (15%): Territory planning, sales administrative activities, and reporting.
The successful candidate should be a results-oriented, self-directed sales professional with a proactive, consultative, solution-oriented approach. Metal cutting knowledge and experience are essential for this role.
