  • Demonstrate a background in customer service or healthcare settings.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, and web navigation tools.
  • Showcase strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology is advantageous.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining collaborative interactions with clients and stakeholders.
