Position Overview:
The Patient Access Services Team Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the patient access operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate a background in customer service or healthcare settings.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, and web navigation tools.
- Showcase strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology is advantageous.
- Work autonomously while maintaining collaborative interactions with clients and stakeholders.
